Tenants, co-tenants, real estate agents, landlords and anyone involved in residential tenancy in NSW are encouraged to have their say on the first major overhaul of residential tenancy laws since they were introduced in the 70’s and 80’s.
A report containing over 100 possible reforms to tenancy law was released by the Minister for Fair Trading, the Hon. Linda Burney MP on 22 September 2007.
